@MojangSupport Hi, I reinstalled minecraft dungeon and I lost all my profile which was maximum power level. Even with the cloud sync. I got the game from the windows store Is it possible to get my character back or do I have to start all over again? Thank you.

I'm really sorry to hear that you lost your save data for Dungeons. We're not able to assist in restoring lost save data, but if you would like to back up your save data to prevent this from happening again, you can use this FAQ: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… to do it. ^AS
