@MojangSupport hi so we've gotten past the splash screen on PS4 but after the background for the menu loads, the menu never appears so we can't start the game

I'm sorry to hear that's happening! I would go ahead and report that here: bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… so that the developers can see and look into it further. ^AS
