Even after the so called ‘fix’ for PS4. Being stuck on the loading screen still happens and there’s no way to get off it

I’m also having an issue where about 3-4 times in a day my game will blue screen (crash and show an error code then return me to the home screen) if you guys could fix that I’d love it very much!
