@MojangSupport my festive mash up pack 2016 crashes when i try to open the world. the texture pack doesnt load but the skin pack does. any help???

I'm sorry to hear that's happening! I would go ahead and report that here: bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… so that the developers can see and look into it further. ^AS
