I have been waiting over 3 months for a response to my ticket. That is the second ticket. My first ticket was closed after one month. What gives?!? How long does it actually take to get help?

Any delay?? I can't access the game at all, it's been 4 months since I submitted my original ticket. How long is your freaking backlog? I have never heard of any company taking 3 months to respond to a support ticket!
