@MojangSupport Having issues with past Hero edition purchase, can't figure out who/where to contact because half of the support links go to Microsoft the other half to Mojang. Bought a copy and gifted one that got double charged, contacted for a refund, but refunded wrong one.

Literally sent me to a page that then told me to contact someone else. Who then told me to contact Mojang. When I called back because it is a @Microsoft issue I waited 25 minutes for them to hang up on me. Anyone with an IQ could look at this image and see the issue
