I bought a minecraft realm for my switch, unbeknownst to me that @MojangSupport were already aware of issues meaning that the realm is basically unplayable. i have, unknowingly, purchased a faulty product. @NintendoUK, nor mojang will issue me a refund. How is this allowed?
