@MojangSupport Been trying for over a month now to get support for an issue where I am unable to access a product that was redeemed on the Minecraft Marketplace. Where can I get this resolved? Your email support has not resolved this issue.

It’s been another two weeks and I still cannot access a product I bought on your store and your support email has only stated that they can’t do anything about it.
