@MojangSupport this article help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… has "XBox Live account" in title, but only mentions MS email accounts in the answer. My child's acct was set up with another email. Are Xbox accounts with other emails disallowed? Followed all instructions still no. Help?

@XboxSupport, thoughts? We're on Android and can play together, just not on realm. Sounds like a black hole of solutions for XBox unrelated to Android, but providing this as additional info in case this info helps find a resolution while I search. Any help is appreciated.
