@MojangSupport So I play on the ps4 and recently bought a texture pack and a skin pack. Problem is I can only use it when I have internet which is rarely. Why can I not use the content that I've bought from your store without internet?

Make sure you're fully signed in with your Microsoft account linked to your game. If you think you've found a bug, please visit bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… and report it so that the developers can see. ^SP
