@MojangSupport hello, I can join my friends in their worlds on ps4 but they can't join me. Is this a known thing? If it is can you help me fix ist?

Hi mojang i like your game minecraft. But there is someting bugging me the game wont work btw im in ps 4 bedrock edition when i start the game it just gets stuck on the mojang studios logo and that is it so can you fix that i will very apriahiated
