@MojangSupport Hi, A PS4 player I am unable to join a friends game on Minecraft. It such says locating server and after 5 minutes it says unable to connect. Friends can't join also if I host a game. Have a MS account and friends are also ps4 players. Plz help.

Hi I have tried again but it is still stuck trying to locate server. I have waited 10/15 mins and still stuck. It has been an issue for the past few months.
