Just a reminder - we will NEVER send you an email asking for your account information. If someone sends you an email saying that your account is being resold or you need to provide your TID, report it as phishing to your ISP and go on about your day.

Thanks for the heads up. However, I have been trying to get back ahold of my account for almost two weeks now and have yet to get an email back not counting the initial one. I have tried resetting my password but it isn't sending me the email please help.
