@MojangSupport can you tell me how to fix this error message please ‘Minecraft Java (TM) platform SE binary is not responding. I’ve tried all sorts and it’s been three days now when I can’t play the game I’ve just bought 😟😟😟😔Please please help!

As others have pointed out to me here on Twitter it’ll take 4 months for your helpdesk to reply with something that a schoolboy could suggest. Mojang are Robbing thieves. Great work if you can get it.
