@MojangSupport I have not been able to use my realm for a week I was talking to someone via email but they have not replied since Friday and I’m wondering what I’m paying for?

I’m frustrated that I’m paying for something I can’t use and haven’t had any contact since last Friday. I tried this morning and my realm is still cactus. No uploads, no restores and no access.

I’ve canceled my subscription seen as I can’t use it, no one is helping me or talking to me, it’s been down for 10 days and 7 since anyone messaged me about it.
