I had a full 9 months of plans for mine but @MojangSupport don't seem to care (that's right it's been 9 months since I paid for my realm to renew and I still haven't had a meaningful reply to my 2 tickets)

That sucks. Mojang is always on top of their shit. They do care. The fact alone that Minecraft is $30 and they’re constantly adding new stuff is amazing. There’s other ways to contact them too.
