Hey @MojangSupport , I’m having some SERIOUS recurring issues with our @mojang Minecraft game on the Switch. Nintendo said it’s not on their end. I emailed your support 9 DAYS AGO & still no response. And yes I’ve read the help articles. How can I get your company to respond??
