I'm sorry to hear that! Please send us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… and we'll do our best to help you out. Remember to attach your Transaction ID in your email to us, if possible. ^AS

Did that, haven't heard back from you since - I've created a new emailadress to which the verification code could be sent, had some additional issues with the payment option I went for (giropay, ayden) but worked fine with paypal in the end. Quite the hassle ^^' but I got it now
