@MojangSupport My Java account was apparently taken over and my support request has gone unanswered for TWO WEEKS. Thanks for the automated email, but the "we're really busy" message is wearing pretty thin at this point. What do I have to do to get some help around here?!?

Don’t thank me for my patience, help me! If it takes you weeks to get to a ticket, hire more customer support people. This is not rocket science. At what point do I contact the BBB in response to your indifference about account fraud?

It has now been SEVEN WEEKS since I logged my support request...is anyone helping AT ALL with hijacked accounts? If you're trying to tell me to go F myself, just come out and say it already.
