A hacker kicked me off of my account. I can’t send a password reset because they changed the email and password. I have the transaction ID. I’ve tried getting ahold of mojang support at help.minecraft.com and have heard nothing back for weeks. This is extremely frustrating

So on ps4 i have most of the achievements and i tried going to the cosmetics youd earn for those achievements but they are saying its locked and wont let me put any of them whats the deal with that? Is there a way i can fix this so i can get those cosmetics from the achievements
