Your auto-response about getting an account back literally asks for details. Might want to rethink tweet. Oh and actually reply to tickets sent to you. Been waiting weeks to get my account back and you don't help when I reply to say this email doesn't help

hello mojang, there is a problem with the realms and the game itself: the villagers and my mobs disappear from the field of vision or after a few days for the villagers. 1/2
