@MojangSupport I have a problem of logging in Minecraft. I don't know if I got hacked or not but when I try to put in my usual information to the website and the launcher, it always shows it's Invalid. Can you guys help with me with this?

I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a human to reset my password. The automated link doesn't work. How long does a response take? I have all info so I'd assume it would be an easy issue to resolve.
