@MojangSupport Is there a standard turn-around time for contacting support? it's been two weeks with no reply/status update except the initial inquiry email "automatic" response which didn't help. @MojangStatus

I can appreciate the volume, but a status update system via ticket numbers would be some invaluable transparency for an already frustrating situation. I appreciate the work you guys do, just feedback from frustration. Is there an expected turn around time given the current load?
