@MojangSupport You are clearly online as you have responded to lots of other peoples support requests in the last 30 mins. Yet you are still ignoring my tweet for support. This is terrible service.

I'm sorry that you're having trouble with your Realm and you haven't gotten a response from us! I would go ahead and report that here: bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… so that the developers can see and look into it further to get fixed asap. ^AS
