@MojangSupport I was looking at the unlockable items in the marketplace and somehow the items that you need to complete the certain trophies for are still locked. I've completed all of them and for some odd reason their still locked please I want the cosmetics.

I'm sorry to hear that's happening! I would go ahead and report that here: bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… so that the developers can see and look into it further. ^AS
