Well @Minecraft is broken. Despite the update today the game is unplayable because every time I try to load it its stuck on the “Syncing user data” screen @MojangSupport

I'm sorry to hear that's happening! I would go ahead and report that here: bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… so that the developers can see and look into it further. ^AS

Update. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it this morning and that fixed everything. :)
