I have a very simple issue, hope you can resolve it without me having to wait months. I'm trying to send a password change request to my email but it's not working. I've checked spam/trash, etc.

I bought this account 6 years ago, do I still need to provide a transaction ID? I've got the email and can verify it. Password resets usually work.
