Hi @MojangSupport ! My Minecraft user account was stolen and I sent a support email to you on June 20th (08 days now), but you didn't reply me yet! Do you think fair someone hacks and uses a real account from another person? When will you help me to get my account back?

@MojangSupport, it has past 14 days since I opened my first support ticket (nº 797897) and one week, since I opened my second ticket (nº 833702) about my user account that was hacked, and you didn't say anything until now! How many months should I wait for?

@MojangSupport , I wanna believe you respect your customers/users, but it's difficult to believe when you don't say anything about one user account hacked after 14 days! Should I open another support ticket and expect a better output?
