@MojangSupport after the nether update in ps4, my son is still stuck at the red mojang screen. He plays from a CD in ps4. Need your support.

It’s a temporary issue that’s been happening since Friday the 26th. I suddenly had time to be responsible and do stuff like cleaning, laundry and ugh, take a walk outside.
