@MojangSupport My account was migrated in 2017. After that have not been able to login or receive any of Mojang emails. How hard can it be to reset a password?

I cannot see my credit card history 10 years back. I am the owner of the email and made ticket about a month ago and did not get response. I bought Minecraft when it was in beta I think. Never played it though. Now I want to get my account working so my daughter can play.
