Hey @MojangSupport , why has it taken over 7 months for me to get access to my copy of Minecraft back? This has gotten so bad that even when I get an auto-response I can't actually reply without being told it's not an active address.

its terrible ive had my account stolen and im legit watching my account get its skin changed and name changed and it destroying stuff i worked hard on for no update at all from mojang, 1 month+ and counting.. sort your customer service out @MojangSupport and maybe add 2fa.
