@MojangSupport SOS please help, trying to access Mojang account for over a year, repeatedly requesting password re-set which doesn’t materialise. Have sent emails with transx ID details for master re-set but no reply for months :(

@MojangSupport I appreciate the reply, but our original ticket was October 2019!!!! My son has now had to re-purchase the game. Perhaps this is your business model?
