@MojangSupport still cant get into minecraft on my ps4, it just sits on the mojang logo screen, when will this be fixed

there has been nothing posted about this problem and it is still not fixed, it has been 5 days and I still cant play a game I played money for. please get this fixed soon.

Did you just realize how uninformed you are as a support agent.. you just told someone to look at another Twitter that hasn't posted anything about the PS4 issue at all. Stop sloughing off issues to other accounts and do your job!
