Minecraft Realms on Bedrock: Players on Win 10 who have not attempted a purchase should be able to purchase/renew Realms without issue now. We are still working on resolving the issue for players who have purchased while there were issues. Thanks for your patience! - HZ

@MojangSupport Was working last night after paying to renew my realm and now it shows expired again, even tho the money was still taken out of my account..... so thats fun

yeah i did and the person "bongo cat" said " I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your purchase. We just had a huge Nether update that has caused players some technical and billing issues. We are aware of these issues and our developers are looking into a fix soon.
