@MojangSupport My realm has been stuck and has not been able to switch worlds, close, reset or upload worlds for a couple of hours and other people are having this too. Do you know what this is caused by?

The problem you've described sounds like a temporary issue and should have been resolved now. Please try again, and email us at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… if you're still having the same problem. ^RL
