I've emailed 3 times now and no one has gotten back to me. Is there any other way to fix this issue? I have a kid driving me crazy lol.

I find it hard to believe it takes a MONTH to help with a password reset. My son has asked me EVERY DAY "Did Mojang text you?" Please escalate this ASAP. I just need my password reset! #GettingFrustrated
