Where did all my recipes go in Bedrock? My recipe book doesn't show any recipes: repeatable on new worlds, on a server that's years old, etc.

I'm sorry to hear that's happening! I would go ahead and report that here: bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashbโ€ฆ so that the developers can see and look into it further. ^AS

Already have; it's an open issue. It appears that the crafting system has changed using controllers (press x to see recipe instead of just highlighting) while keyboard and mouse are the same. This change is undocumented.
