@MojangSupport I keep recieving this message when trying to set up a Realm through Realms+ please advise & ensure I will get my full months subscription.

Appreciate the reply and will do. Can you garuntee that I will get the full amount of time on my subscription that I paid for? It feels pretty bad to have paid for a service that I haven't been able to use.

@MojangSupport I am no longer getting these messages saying that my purchase has been succesfull but the realm couldn't be made. The game is just acting as if I have no realms subscription but you still have my money. I still cannot make a realm, please help.
