@MojangSupport my account was hacked and the email associated with it changed. I put in a ticket 3 months ago, I have (and included in the ticket) my transaction ID. Something so simple should not take so long

Meanwhile whatever joker stole my account gets to play on it daily and has been all along, while laughing at you and your lack of support Automate. Account. Recovery. It'll save you on a lot of tickets so maybe other people won't need to wait a quarter of a year to get help
