.@MojangSupport having problems with both java and bedrock realms at the moment after updating my games to 1.16. Any way I can try to fix this without starting over completely?

The problem you've described sounds like a temporary issue and should have been resolved now. Please try again, and email us at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… if you're still having the same problem. ^RL
