@MojangSupport Hi there! My friend is trying to reset his PW for Mojang and, after 25 minutes, has not received an email (despite having submitted a few reset requests). Is there any backlog/issue/outage currently sending these? Thanks!

Please have your friend send us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… and we will assist. Remember to have them attach the Transaction ID. ^RL
