@MojangSupport its been 3 days and all I want is to back up my realms. Was working fine for weeks prior to this but now none of the members can join join the realm.

I've read that article a hundred times and looked into possible changes to my pc that could've caused this but nothing has been altered and it cant possibly be from the users end because all members and other players around reddit are complaining regarding the situation.
