@MojangSupport I play minecraft bedrock edition on ps4, I recently had a huge issue, I suffered enough from it, what's my problem? Whenever I try to link my Microsoft account to my ps4 account, an error message pops up saying that my MS account is already linked, but it's not.

I apologise for that, you may have to give me a real answer at this point, from what I know this isn't a random person not knowing how to unlink a MS account, I don't need guidance at all, it's a known bug now, I am really surprised a major bug like this haven't been fixed yet.
