@MojangSupport Any chance I can get some help trying to log back into my account. I've had no issues before when trying to login, but since I've recently tried again it is saying that I am using incorrect details, even though I know this to not be the case. Thanks

I used a giftcard to buy the game back in 2014. I don't believe I have a transaction id. I just understand why I've been locked out of the game.
