The Nether Update has come out and I am still stuck, HAVING NEVER SIGNED UP, in the 1.15.0.9 beta. I have contacted your support system, but they told me to contact @XboxSupport whom told me to contact @MojangSupport. Why am I not able to get a resolution on this?
