@MojangSupport @Minecraft @Microsoft @Xbox It has been about 4 days since I contacted support with trying to find out why my account no longer has a copy of Minecraft. No answer or any kind of acknowledgment of the problem. Can someone assist me?

Just becoming frustrating when it is now over 2 weeks and still not able to play Minecraft. The time for each reply is painfully slow.
