@MojangSupport my kids love Minecraft but cant play it as it get stuck on a white screen and no loading whatsoever what makes the PlayStation 4 reset itself!!?? #needsfixed2020

I'm sorry to hear that's happening! I would go ahead and report that here: bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… so that the developers can see and look into it further. ^AS
