@MojangSupport We are trying to transfer Minecraft from an Android phone to a Verizon tablet and are not having any luck. Can you tell us how to do that?

No worries! This page should help you out if you're trying to transfer worlds to a new device: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…. For the game itself, you just need to log into the account that has the game purchased on the new device and redownload the app. Hope that helps! ^AS
