@MojangSupport I'm trying to get my son to play Minecraft on his phone with his xbox gold live account. I've followed all the instructions to change his settings, we have a realms subscription and physical copies of the game, but it's still not working. Please help?

This isnā€™t helpful either. As itā€™s minecraft saying the settings need to be changed, the settings were changed, and weā€™re still getting the same error message.
