@MojangSupport I'm trying to get my son to play Minecraft on his phone with his xbox gold live account. I've followed all the instructions to change his settings, we have a realms subscription and physical copies of the game, but it's still not working. Please help?

This isn’t helpful either. As it’s minecraft saying the settings need to be changed, the settings were changed, and we’re still getting the same error message.
