@MojangSupport what is going on with city life 2? Don’t pretend you don’t know. It’s still in the store, people on devices still can’t use it, still no word on a fix at bugs.mojang, and mojang’s offer at bugs.mojang for a refund gets denied. Waiting since 5/13. Ridiculous.

That kind of update is all I needed to hear! Considering MANY more people are waiting and also getting upset about the lack of communication, I would recommend you post this on the ticket and consider asking @PixelHeadsTeam to update their Twitter as well.
